Report a game problem
Include the Kazookoo page address, the browser and device you used, the steps you took, and what happened instead of what you expected. Mention whether you were using keyboard, mouse or touch.
A screenshot can help, but remove personal information, account names and other open tabs before sharing it. Never send passwords or access keys.
Corrections and accessibility
For a correction, point to the sentence or measurement and explain what seems wrong. For an accessibility issue, describe the page, the control and any assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable doing so.
We use email for these conversations. We do not offer a public comment system, a mailing-list signup or a form that collects player information.
